A leading international Telecommunications company who specialise in Voice Telephony and related technologies is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager responsible for leading further development of existing client relationships. The role is based in Paris reporting to the Service Delivery Director back in London and pays €65,000 - €75,000 plus a 20% OTE and benefits.
Your primary responsibility's include:
To build and maintain strong senior level relationships with strategic channel accounts. Client liaison will be required with local contacts and as required with client representatives elsewhere in Europe. The role will be responsible for ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and will work closely with members of the service delivery team to ensure client requirements are met.
Developing the commercial relationship through developing an account strategy (in conjunction with the business development team), delivering incremental growth to defined targets and for securing contract renewals for both indirect and direct business.
Providing trusted guidance to clients in relation to technology and/or service delivery matters and to work with the client in support of its activities to win new business and in the delivery of technology and service projects.
The skills/experience you need:
Must be fluent in French and English with good written skills in both and an additional European language would be beneficial.
Must have strong business development and commercial skills balanced with operational and technical ability.
Must have a thorough understanding of service delivery in a channel environment.
Knowledge of enterprise voice telephony and related technologies is necessary and preference will be given to candidates with experience of Nortel/Avaya products.
Experience of managing direct and virtual teams desirable.
